We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on Ghost Text Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your order date. This applies to your initial purchase and to each subscription renewal.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at ghosttext.app@gmail.com from the email address you used for the purchase. Include the date of the charge so we can locate it quickly.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro until the end of your current billing period.
